Hybravell / Original preparation guide
Phantom Blade Zero PC prep: read the fine print before the frame rate.
The important words are “with upscaling enabled.” Understand the conditions behind a performance target—and keep your November plans grounded in confirmed platforms.
Read the target, not just the graphics-card tier.
S-GAME’s published PC requirements include 16 GB RAM, an SSD and DirectX 12. Its minimum and recommended frame-rate targets both use upscaling. Neither is a native-resolution benchmark or a promise for every scene.
Minimum: 1080p / 30 FPS
GTX 1660 6 GB or RX 5500 XT 8 GB; Core i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 3600. Upscaling enabled.
Recommended: 1440p / 60 FPS
RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB or RX 6700 XT 12 GB; Core i5-10600K or Ryzen 5 5600X. Upscaling enabled.
The Steam listing checked October 29 now marks the game released and displays October 28 in the retrieved regional listing. The developer's October 29 announcement date reflects a different date boundary. It is a late-October release, not a November-only entry. Verify your platform and region; this guide does not establish a universal unlock time.
Make a repeatable check, not a shopping list.
- Record what you have. Note the CPU, GPU, RAM, display resolution and available SSD space. Compare the complete publisher specification, not one component in isolation.
- Keep the rendering conditions. Record the installed build, resolution, quality preset and upscaling setting before measuring.
- Change one thing at a time. Revisit the same scene or route under comparable conditions before drawing a conclusion. A specification sheet alone cannot diagnose a bottleneck.
- Leave missing evidence missing. Unsupported readings are not zero. Do not disable security tools to make a game or monitoring overlay run.
Our setup finder helps you choose a relevant existing guide. It is not a compatibility certification for these upcoming releases.
Three November plans. Three different decisions.
This is a selected planning list checked against publisher information, not every game releasing in November. Dates can change.
- DreamWorks Shrek 2 Remastered
Aspyr’s announcement lists PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, Switch and PC, with up-to-four-player local and online co-op. These are publisher claims; we have not tested multiplayer. Confirm the platform-specific requirements before organizing a session.
- Pikmin 4 — Switch 2 Edition + Dandori Academy
Nintendo’s US listing describes an enhanced edition and an upgrade-pack option for existing owners. It is not a new Pikmin 4 sequel. The academy’s 72 stages are planned to arrive over time, not all at launch.
- Grand Theft Auto VI
Rockstar’s current page lists PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It does not establish a PC date or PC requirements. Plan for the confirmed platforms, not an estimated PC specification chart or an unverified performance promise.
What we know—and what we have not tested.
This is original preparation advice. Phantom Blade Zero's Steam release state and S-GAME requirements were rechecked October 29; the remaining selected calendar is dated October 25 and must be reconfirmed before purchase. We have not played these games, measured their frame rates or tested multiplayer. No endorsement, partnership or guaranteed hardware recommendation is implied.
Before buying, check the official listing for your platform, region and edition. Keep the receipt and the current terms. Our editorial policy explains sources and corrections.
